By creating simple daily habits, and a little time for our mental health, we can all achieve supreme balance, a sense of calm and a work environment that will be a place of positivity, energy and well-being for all. But it is not easy. It takes effort, commitment and a desire to improve. However, once simple new physical habits are formed, and a positive focus on our mental well being is taken on, amazing life-affirming changes will happen.

Pricing Options

OPTION 1: LUNCHTIME POWER HOUR

£300 (maximum 10 people)

WHAT - A fast-paced, high energy interactive hour that results in actionable, practical, hands-on tips to begin to improve one's health that very same afternoon, whether that be in clinic or behind a desk. Movement, posture, using instruments and maximizing brainpower is all covered.  WHY – Most clinicians begin adopting their bad habits at dental school. We remind everyone what they might have forgotten, what they should be doing, and what they need to do… from now.


OPTION 2: 2 HOUR DEEP DIVE

£500 (maximum 10 people)

WHAT – A deeper exploration adding to what's covered in the LUNCH POWER HOUR into why we operate the way we do, why we often fall into negative posture and mental health  habits. Exploration of functional movement, balanced posture and seating, instrument and power tool use, and how to correctly use loupes. How to avoid the MSD pitfalls. Again, an interactive ‘get up and move’ session. Let's create some new neural pathways.

WHY – knowledge is power – unless we learn the ‘Why’, we will not appreciate the ‘What’. This session will introduce the brain/oxygen/movement/thought process connections.


OPTION 3: HALF DAY - 5 HOURS

£800 (maximum 10 people)

WHAT – The Ultimate Practice Power Boost. A full exploration adding to what is covered in the above options but conducting full training and education sessions for posture and movement. Learn how to strengthen our breath and respiratory health, and how to maximize O2 and nutrient delivery to muscles, tendons and the brain. 

WHY – knowledge is power – unless we learn the ‘Why’, we will not appreciate the ‘What’. This session will introduce the brain/oxygen/movement/thought process connections.
