Welcome to DPC Dental. Our passion and focus is keeping you, the dental and medical professionals happy and healthy while at work. Along with this, we offer a comprehensive range of ergonomic instruments and solutions to encourage better posture and health-positive habits while at work. 

We meet many amazing doctors, therapists, nurses and staff across all the dental and medical specialities, however, sadly too many are succumbing to creeping, insidious health issues; musculoskeletal disorders (MSD’s), reduced energy, motivation, chronic fatigue, poor sleep, and the big one; increased stress and anxiety. These issues are not new, and worryingly, they are on the rise. This is where DPC can help – to reduce and control better, and potentially, to avoid these problems ever beginning.

I left the relative safety of the employed corporate world in December 2020 to begin my personal, entrepreneurial journey, to follow my passions, to follow what truly inspires and interests me… great posture, ergonomics and overall health of all clinicians working in the dental and medical professions.

Over the last 10 years, I have been building a substantial knowledge and understanding of the growing issue of poor health in our profession. MSD’s (musculoskeletal disorders) is the biggest reason for forced early retirement. Combining this with growing anxiety and stress levels, DPC wishes to help reverse this growing trend within the profession.

For eight years, I have dreamed of creating a company aimed at helping everyone working in the dental and medical professions to be aware of the pitfalls and risks associated with one’s own health. If one is not aware and conscious, and reminded of where those risks occur, such as poor ergonomics and posture, cumulative musculoskeletal disorders, uncontrolled mental stress and anxiety, low energy and fatigue, then problems are easily missed or ignored and ill health will eventually, surely follow.

As I and DPC move into a new, exciting phase and career, we look forward to making the decisions that benefit you, our customers and our partners the most. No longer am I duty-bound to a company, a management structure that curtails and clips our wings. Since branching out, I have had a calmer mind, peaceful sleep, and vastly improved energy and focus. And this is exactly what, not just mine, but all our bodies genuinely want to thrive and be the best us, we can be. 

I am motivated and passionate about helping everyone, from private individuals through to dental and medical professionals, the reception, and ancillary staff, to balance professional success with their personal health and happiness.
