Delivery Information

All orders over £150.00 excluding VAT will be dispatched free of charge.
Smaller orders under £149.00 excluding VAT will cost £12. To keep costs very competitive, we only ship from Denmark via UPS twice monthly.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders can take up to 14 days to arrive, however, most arrive between 7-10 days.
Express 24/48 hour delivery is available if required. In this event, please get in touch with us directly.
Orders to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other Islands may take an additional few days.
Orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday mornings.
Out-of-stock items on back order will be sent on to you automatically as soon as we receive them. No additional delivery charges apply to items on backorder.
